Responsibilities:

 As a Security Professional - Armed Clearance in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more . 

 As an Armed Patrol Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a reassuring presence. This is an armed post, requiring you to carry out your duties with professionalism and integrity. You will interact with personnel and visitors, offering exceptional customer service and clear communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $24.60 / Hour

Job Schedule:
DayTimeFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Responsibilities:

* Carry out security procedures and follow site-specific policies while providing customer service to clients and visitors.
* Respond to security-related incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including emergency response activities as needed.
* Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, with attention to the unique needs of an aerospace and defense location.
* Monitor for unusual activity or potential threats, and report findings according to established protocols.
* Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as required to address incidents or emergencies.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and any actions taken during the shift.

Minimum Requirements:

* Must possess a valid Texas Armed Security Professional License.
* Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
* Must possess a valid driver's license and meet AU Driver Policy requirements.
* Must hold a Level III Armed Security Officer Certification for Texas.
* Must have an active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
