Responsibilities:

 As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Driver in Malvern, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible, and respond to security-related concerns while delivering professional customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license and an armed post supporting rapid, coordinated response. What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
* Respond to alarms, incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with onsite leadership and local law enforcement as required.
* Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas and perimeter points, documenting observations and reporting suspicious activity.
* Control access by monitoring doors, gates and other controlled points, verifying credentials, and directing employees, visitors and vendors according to post orders.
* Complete detailed incident reports and shift logs, operate security-related systems such as CCTV and access control, and maintain assigned equipment according to policy and training.

Minimum Requirements:

* Have at least 2 or more years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
* Be at least 21 years of age.
* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
* Hold an Act 235 Qualification in Pennsylvania only.
* Customer service experience is preferred.
* Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
