Responsibilities:

 As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Banker in Fairfield, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with visitors and staff, and provide outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. Join a team that values integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach.

What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
* Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues within the location.
* Monitor entrances, exits, and overall premises to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible presence.
* Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or irregularities according to site protocols.
* Assist visitors and employees with inquiries or directions while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
* Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and/or site management as directed during incidents or emergencies.
* Remain alert and attentive to surroundings while adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.

Minimum Requirements:

* At least one year of security-related experience is required.
* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
