Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine mobile patrols, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. This is a driving post that requires a valid driver's license per AU Driver Policy Requirements. You will deliver strong customer service, communicate clearly, and support a caring, agile, and integrity-driven team.

What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating updates to site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision as needed.
* Conduct regular and random patrols of building common areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and/or property damage.
* Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions, following site procedures for visitor guidance, tenant inquiries, and incident documentation.
* Complete routine reports such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity notes, and/or assist with post orders updates when directed.

Minimum Requirements:

* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
* Customer service experience is preferred.
* Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
