As a Screener with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic technology and media location. You will monitor entry points, interact with visitors and staff, and provide outstanding customer service while upholding our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork. What You'll Do: * Greet and screen individuals entering the location, verifying credentials and granting access as appropriate to help maintain security-related protocols. * Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors and employees in a professional manner. * Follow site-specific procedures and Allied Universal guidelines while conducting screening activities. * Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as needed. * Maintain detailed logs and reports of screening activities, incidents, and observations. * Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to communicate any security-related concerns or unusual activity. * Participate in emergency response activities as directed by site-specific policies and Allied Universal protocols. Minimum Requirements: * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
