What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
* Operate as a dispatcher, coordinating communication between security-related personnel and responding to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
* Monitor security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and access controls to help to deter unauthorized activity within the location.
* Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
* Maintain clear and accurate communication with on-site security-related teams and management.
* Assist with coordinating emergency response activities and/or drills as required by site policies.
* Support regular and random patrols by guiding and dispatching security-related personnel throughout the business and perimeter areas, as applicable to the location.
* Remain knowledgeable about site-specific procedures and protocols relevant to the tech, media, and telecom environment.

Minimum Requirements:

* At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
* Being at least 21 years of age is required.
* Alarm panel experience is preferred.
* CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
* Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
