As a Security Officer Patrol Specialist Lead in West Chester, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic tech and media location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help reduce security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at a technology and communications location.
* Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency services when needed.
* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, building perimeters, parking areas, and other assigned spaces to help identify unusual activity and support security-related operations.
* Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, or policy violations to the appropriate site representatives.
* Support security-related procedures for deliveries, contractors, and after-hours activity, while maintaining detailed logs, incident reports, and shift communication notes.
Minimum Requirements:
* Supervisory experience is required.
* Alarm panel experience is preferred.
* Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
* CPR certification is preferred.
* Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
