Responsibilities:

 As a Security Officer Patrol Specialist in Lewiston Woodville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer at a food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily site operations with a caring, reliable approach, working as part of a team that values agility, innovation, and integrity.

 Pay Rate: $14.68 / Hour

 What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a food and beverage production location.
* Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
* Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions as directed by site policies, and document visitor, vehicle, and/or delivery activity as required.
* Support incident reporting by completing detailed logs and reports related to patrols, access activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance or operational concerns noticed during assigned duties.

Minimum Requirements:

* Customer service experience is preferred.
* Access control and badge experience is preferred.
* Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
* X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
