Join Allied Universal at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. This unarmed patrol role offers the chance to support daily operations through clear communication, professionalism, and a people-first approach rooted in teamwork, reliability, agility, innovation, and integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.40 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies throughout the location. * Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and/or escalate concerns to site contacts or emergency services when appropriate. * Conduct regular and random foot patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. * Monitor activity throughout the property and report maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, policy violations, and other security-related issues according to post orders. * Support access control and visitor management functions by observing entrances, verifying authorized access when required, and documenting incidents, observations, and daily activity in assigned reports. Minimum Requirements: * Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. * Be at least 21 years of age. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
