Responsibilities: As a Security Officer Patrol Guard in Roseville, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.65 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and store personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. * Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities as needed. * Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout retail common areas, storefront surroundings, corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. * Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic locations for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues, and communicate relevant information to management or designated personnel. * Support retail location operations by assisting with crowd management, directional guidance, and customer inquiries while following Allied Universal standards and site-specific post orders. Minimum Requirements: * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
