Responsibilities:

 As a Security Officer - Patrol in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will greet employees and visitors with strong customer service, support access control and badge procedures, and document activity using site technology. What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
* Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, offices, and perimeter spaces to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
* Monitor access points, verify identification and/or authorization as required, and assist with visitor management processes in accordance with site procedures.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, suspicious activity, and/or disturbances, and notify appropriate personnel.
* Complete reports and required documentation, communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership, and assist with CCTV and/or alarm monitoring when assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

* Customer service experience is preferred.
* Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
* Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
* Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
