What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
* Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related matters to site leadership when needed.
* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
* Monitor entrances, common areas, and amenity spaces while assisting with access control, visitor directions, and policy awareness in a hospitality-focused environment.
* Support daily operations by communicating with hotel and resort personnel, following post orders, and completing assigned reports related to security-related activities and incidents.
Minimum Requirements:
* Customer service experience is preferred.
* A guard card or license is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
