Responsibilities: As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver License in Alpharetta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more . As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. You will be expected to communicate clearly and respond promptly to any situations that arise, always upholding the values of agility, reliability, and innovation that define Allied Universal. This position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal's driver policy requirements, as you may be responsible for driving as part of your patrol duties. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: * Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites * Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education * Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams * Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service * Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: * Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities. * Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. * Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. * Monitor the location for any unusual activity or potential threats, reporting observations as required. * Communicate with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding security-related matters as needed. * Document incidents and maintain detailed records according to site protocols. * Assist visitors and employees with access and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence. What We're Looking For: * Availability across various days and shifts * Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments * A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company * Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: * A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only. * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
