Responsibilities:

 As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Lead in Fulton, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic education location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control functions. This is a driving post. You will deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with students, staff, and visitors, and bring Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity to every shift.

 Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

 What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or faculty by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
* Respond to incidents, campus-related concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting relevant information to leadership when needed.
* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout academic buildings, residential areas, parking lots, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity and unusual behavior.
* Monitor access points and campus grounds, assisting with visitor interactions, badge or credential checks, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and/or security-related issues observed during patrols.
* Support a professional presence at the location by following post orders, providing directions and assistance, and communicating clearly with campus personnel and/or first responders during routine and emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

* Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience.
* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
* Access control/badge experience is preferred.
* Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
* Customer service experience is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
