Responsibilities: As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Lead in Rogers, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Must have a valid drivers license Weekly Pay Pay Rate: $18.72 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:30 AM - 11:30 PMWed11:30 AM - 11:30 PMThur03:30 PM - 11:30 PMFri03:30 PM - 11:30 PM What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities. * Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols. * Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns. * Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized access, theft-related activity, and/or policy violations. * Support retail operations by addressing customer and employee concerns, documenting incidents, and communicating observations to site leadership and/or emergency responders when needed. Minimum Requirements: * A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. * Customer service experience is preferred. * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
