Responsibilities: As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver in BILLINGS, MT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access control for employees, drivers, and visitors. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts, and respond to service calls with professionalism. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license meeting Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to staff, drivers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. * Control access at vehicle and/or pedestrian entry points by verifying identification, checking deliveries and pickups, and directing traffic flow as needed. * Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting events and communicating updates per site protocol. * Conduct regular and random patrols of the warehouse, loading dock areas, parking lots, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazards. * Complete required reports such as shift activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation using written and/or electronic reporting tools. Minimum Requirements: * A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
