Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support access activities, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location. * Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols. * Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe unusual conditions. * Monitor access points and visitor activity while supporting a professional environment for patients, medical personnel, and guests. * Assist with de-escalation support, directional assistance, and other security-related duties as needed based on the location's operations and conditions. Minimum Requirements: * A guard card or license is preferred. * Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. * Access control and badge experience is preferred. * Customer service experience is preferred. * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
