Responsibilities: As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Assignment in Naperville, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support a caring, agile, and reliable team culture while acting with integrity and professionalism throughout your shift. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.60 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: * Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial institution location. * Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. * Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. * Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and support entry and exit procedures in accordance with site protocols for a banking environment. * Assist with security-related incident response, alarm-related follow-up, and/or customer and staff assistance requests while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location. Minimum Requirements: * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
