Responsibilities: As a Security Officer Patrol Alarm Panel Readiness in SAN FRANCISCO, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to alarms and security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service to guests and staff. You will support a welcoming environment through clear communication, teamwork, and integrity while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $27.06 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon06:30 AM - 03:00 PMTue02:30 PM - 11:00 PMFri06:30 AM - 03:00 PMSat06:30 AM - 03:00 PMSun06:30 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to hotel guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. * Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while communicating with hotel management and appropriate responders. * Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, event spaces, back-of-house locations, and the property perimeter. * Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations through established procedures. * Document incidents, patrol observations, and security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with site requirements. Minimum Requirements: * At least two years of security-related experience is required. * Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. * CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. * CPR certification is preferred. * Alarm panel experience is preferred. * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
