As a Patrol Unarmed Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will greet tenants and visitors, respond to concerns, and communicate clearly while documenting observations. What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property location.
* Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, common areas, loading docks, and parking areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or policy concerns.
* Monitor access points and help to control entry by verifying credentials when required, observing for suspicious behavior, and directing visitors to appropriate areas in accordance with site guidelines.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disturbances, and medical situations, and coordinate notifications to site leadership and public responders as directed.
* Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports, document patrol observations, and communicate security-related information during shift turnover to support consistent site operations.

Minimum Requirements:

* A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
* CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
* Customer service experience is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
