Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced automotive location as an unarmed patrol officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support employees and visitors with strong customer service and clear communication, respond to issues as they arise, and document activity while working with a team that values integrity, reliability, and innovation. What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive facility. * Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking lots, entry points, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns. * Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as required by post orders. * Monitor access points, verify identification and/or visitor authorization, and direct employees, contractors, and drivers according to site procedures. * Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate relevant updates during shift handoff. Minimum Requirements: * Have 1+ years of security experience. * Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED. * Be 21+ years of age. * CPR certification is preferred. * Customer service experience is preferred. * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
