Overview:
The purpose of this requisition is to request the hiring of a qualified security professional to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property assets. This position is essential in maintaining compliance with company safety policies, enhancing guest satisfaction through a secure environment, and supporting overall operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor and patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or disruption.
* Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents promptly and effectively.
* Enforce property rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
* Assist guests and employees with security-related concerns.
* Complete incident reports and maintain security logs.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in security or law enforcement (preferred).
* Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Valid security license/certification (if required by state/city).
