Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.05 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an industrial location. * Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. * Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify security-related concerns and/or policy violations. * Monitor entry and exit points, check credentials and/or visitor access, and report suspicious activity, maintenance issues, or unauthorized persons to the appropriate personnel. * Support daily operations by following post orders, maintaining accurate activity logs, and assisting with security-related requests in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Minimum Requirements: * Be at least 21 years of age. * A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. * Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
