Responsibilities: As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol Driver in Marysville, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy retail location as an unarmed patrol officer in a driving post. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and assist customers and team members with clear communication and service. You will support incident reporting and follow site procedures with integrity, reliability, and teamwork in a culture that puts people first. What You'll Do: * Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail location. * Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify policy violations. * Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical events, and/or fire or alarm conditions. * Observe and report suspicious activity, shoplifting indicators, and/or loitering, and communicate promptly with store leadership and/or local public service agencies as directed by post orders. * Complete detailed written and/or electronic reports, maintain required logs, and support loss prevention and customer flow initiatives consistent with site requirements. Minimum Requirements: * A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. * Customer Service Experience is preferred. * Guard Card/License is preferred. * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
