Responsibilities:

 As a Security Officer Medical Patrol Unit in Twinsburg, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a dynamic healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. This role blends customer service, communication, and professionalism while supporting patients, visitors, and staff.  Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

 What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
* Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
* Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with directions, policy questions, and reporting concerns involving restricted areas, patient care spaces, and/or after-hours entry.
* Support emergency and medical-related response efforts by assisting with crowd management, route control, and coordination with location personnel and/or first responders.

Minimum Requirements:

* Vaccinations are required for this hospital location.
* The client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
* CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
