Responsibilities:

 As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Lake Forest, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you engage with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the location's needs.
* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues.
* Monitor for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns according to site protocols.
* Communicate with staff, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner while carrying out assigned security-related duties.
* Assist with access control by verifying credentials and/or monitoring entry points as required by site policies.
* Document incidents and daily activities in a clear and accurate manner as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

* At least one year of security-related experience is required.
* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
