As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence and routine patrols will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate. * Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location. * Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility and along its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential threats. * Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel. * Assist with access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry. * Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or observations as required by site protocols. * Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and on-site personnel to support a secure and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Minimum Requirements: * Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience. * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
