You will monitor assigned areas, complete routine patrols, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and communicate clearly with site teams. This is a driving post, so a valid drivers license is required under AU Driver Policy Requirements.

What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers by following site-specific access control procedures, issuing visitor badges, and directing guests to the appropriate check-in locations.
* Operate access control points for a manufacturing and industrial location by verifying identification, reviewing delivery and contractor documentation, and controlling entry and exit for people and vehicles.
* Monitor alarms, cameras, and other access systems; document activity and notify appropriate contacts when unusual conditions or access issues are observed.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating site-specific emergency response activities and coordinating with on-site teams as directed.
* Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, production areas, parking lots, and the perimeter; report hazards, unsecured doors, and/or suspicious activity per post orders.
Minimum Requirements:
* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
* Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
* Customer service experience is preferred.
* Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
