Responsibilities: As a Security Officer Mobile Driver Patrol in Lancaster, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support daily operations through strong communication, customer service, and teamwork while bringing a reliable, agile, and innovative approach grounded in integrity and a people-first culture. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.82 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon06:00 AM - 02:00 PMTue06:00 AM - 02:00 PMFri06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. * Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations according to site expectations. * Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse, shipping, receiving, trailer yard, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity. * Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report delivery, package, or access concerns to the appropriate contacts. * Support loss prevention and operational continuity by observing for damaged doors, unsecured gates, fire hazards, and/or other conditions that could impact the location. Minimum Requirements: * Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience. * Be at least 21 years of age. * A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. * Customer service experience is preferred. * Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred. * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
