Responsibilities: As a Security Officer - Logistics Patrol Overnight in White Haven, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment. What You'll Do: * Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed. * Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism. * Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity. * Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to Allied Universal protocols. * Assist with access control and verify credentials of individuals entering or leaving the location as required. * Document security-related incidents and observations accurately and promptly. * Collaborate with site personnel and/or visitors to address concerns or questions related to security-related matters. Minimum Requirements: * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
