Join Allied Universal at a premier commercial real estate location as a Front Desk Professional, where you will welcome visitors, support access control processes, monitor the lobby, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. In this highly visible role, you will help with security-related operations through professionalism, teamwork, and integrity while creating a positive first impression in a dynamic environment. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.83 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk protocols at a commercial real estate location. * Monitor lobby and entry activity, manage access control processes, and communicate with building personnel regarding visitor check-in, deliveries, and/or security-related concerns. * Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate building representatives or emergency services when needed. * Complete routine reports, maintain front desk logs, and support security-related response activities in accordance with Allied Universal standards and location policies. Minimum Requirements: * Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED. * Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. * Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. * A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. * The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
