Your visible presence and routine patrols will support a secure environment, while delivering exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license, and offers the chance to positively impact those on site every day.

What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within the manufacturing and industrial location.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
* Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards.
* Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial environment.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with client representatives, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.
* Assist with controlling access to designated areas as required by site-specific procedures.
* Support the enforcement of company policies and procedures within the location.
Minimum Requirements:
* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
* At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
