As an Allied Universal Security Officer in an industrial manufacturing location, you will support access control at entrances and key areas, greet employees and visitors, verify credentials, and maintain accurate logs. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and communicate clearly with site teams. What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to clients at an industrial manufacturing location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as required.
* Control access at entrances and vehicle gates by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, logging employee and contractor arrivals and departures, and directing authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
* Screen deliveries, vendors, and outbound shipments per site procedures, complete required documentation, and report irregularities to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, access violations, and/or disruptive behavior, and document actions taken in required reports.
* Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including building entrances, production-adjacent corridors, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized access and identify hazards or maintenance issues for reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

* A Guard Card and/or license is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
