Responsibilities: As a Security Officer Full-Time Healthcare Patrol in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $13.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location. * Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. * Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. * Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directional information, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel. * Support a professional environment by maintaining a visible presence, following post instructions, and assisting with security-related responses during routine operations and/or emergency situations. Minimum Requirements: * Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience. * Be at least 21 years of age. * Customer service experience is preferred. * Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
