As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, patients, and staff. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access points, verifying credentials, and assisting individuals as they enter the facility. By maintaining a welcoming and professional presence, you will help to deter security-related incidents and contribute to a comfortable environment for everyone on site. What You'll Do:
* Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
* Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
* Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
* Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
* Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
* Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a healthcare location.
* Monitor access to the facility by verifying identification and/or credentials of all persons entering the premises.
* Assist with visitor management, including logging visitors and providing information or directions as needed.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site-specific guidelines.
* Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including contacting emergency services and communicating relevant information to facility staff and Allied Universal management.
* Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by site protocols.
* Communicate professionally and courteously with clients, staff, and visitors to help foster a welcoming and secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:
* Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
* Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
* A valid state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
* A valid guard card or license is preferred.
* Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
