As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment, complete routine rounds, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will support access control and assist employees and visitors with professional customer service, communication, and teamwork while living Allied Universal values of integrity, reliability, agility, and innovation.

What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
* Conduct unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrols of offices, lobbies, parking areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access concerns.
* Monitor access control points, verify credentials as directed, assist with visitor processing and help maintain orderly entry and exit procedures.
* Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing clear communication to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
* Prepare complete and accurate incident reports, patrol logs and shift handoff notes, and report suspicious activity and/or policy violations to the appropriate parties.
Minimum Requirements:
* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
* Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
* Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
