As a Front Desk Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome tenants and visitors, manage access and guest logs, monitor cameras and alarms, and respond to concerns with calm, clear communication. You will serve as a visible, helpful presence that helps support security-related operations while delivering a customer-first experience. What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
* Control access to the location by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, directing guests to approved areas, and coordinating with property management for after-hours access requests.
* Monitor lobby activity and building systems such as cameras, intercoms, and alarms, and report unusual activity to appropriate contacts to help to deter unwanted behavior.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including receiving calls for assistance, gathering key details, and requesting medical, fire, and/or law enforcement support when needed.
* Complete required documentation such as shift activity logs, visitor records, and incident reports, and communicate pertinent updates during post handoff.

Minimum Requirements:

* Be at least 21+ years of age.
* Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
* Possession of a state, county, and/or city issued security license is preferred.
* Customer service experience is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
