As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that may help to reduce security-related incidents. You will engage with staff and visitors, document observations, and communicate clearly while supporting a positive experience. What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
* Conduct regular and random patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or policy concerns.
* Monitor access points and security-related systems such as alarms, cameras, and visitor logs, reporting irregular activity and/or equipment issues through established channels.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
* Complete detailed shift documentation, including patrol activity, incident reports, and observations, and communicate relevant updates during shift turnovers.

Minimum Requirements:

* Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
* Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
* Have customer service experience, preferred.
* Be able to lift more than 20 lbs, preferred.
* Have CPR certification, preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
