What You'll Do:
* Provide excellent customer service to visitors, guests, and employees by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
* Monitor access to the location by greeting and verifying the identity of individuals entering the premises.
* Respond to security-related incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and incident reports as required.
* Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to address questions, provide information, and/or direct individuals as needed.
* Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, following instructions from management and/or emergency personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
* Customer service experience is preferred.
* Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
* Access control or badge experience is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
