As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and support access control and incident reporting. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license under AU Driver Policy Requirements. You will also provide strong customer service, clear communication, and teamwork while acting with integrity as part of Allied Universal.

What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to staff, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control, and other security-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial buildings, yards, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance issues to be reported.
* Monitor cameras, alarms, and/or other monitoring systems; investigate unusual conditions and report findings according to post orders.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting actions taken and notifying site leadership and/or Allied Universal management as required.
* Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications; support shipping and receiving and other operational areas with security-related checks when requested and permitted by site policy.

Minimum Requirements:

* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
* Be able to ride a bike.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
