As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help identify and report security-related concerns. You will support access control, assist employees and visitors with professionalism, and document incidents with clear communication. What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to our clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed.
* Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, customer areas, parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or concerns.
* Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, assisting with visitor direction and reporting suspicious behavior according to post orders.
* Complete detailed reports of patrols, incidents and observations, and communicate pertinent information to Allied Universal management and/or site representatives.
Minimum Requirements:
* Have 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience OR a college degree.
* Client requires proof of high school diploma/GED.
* Be 21+ years of age.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
