Responsibilities:
As a Security Officer - Manufacturing EMT in Three Rivers, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position allows you to contribute to a caring, people-first culture while working as part of the agile and reliable Allied Universal team.

What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
* Monitor and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or property damage observed during patrols.
* Assist with access control by verifying credentials of individuals entering restricted areas within the location.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address questions and provide guidance related to security-related matters.
* Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site management.
Minimum Requirements:
* EMT certification is required.
* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
* At least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field is required.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
