Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a luxury retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. Bring an agile, reliable, and innovative approach while working as part of a caring team that puts people first and acts with integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $26.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 AM - 09:00 PMSat10:00 AM - 09:00 PMSun11:00 AM - 08:00 PM What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location. * Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols. * Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, stock areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. * Monitor access points, assist with visitor and vendor entry procedures, and help to maintain order during busy shopping periods, special events, and/or store opening and closing activities. * Support retail operations by observing customer and employee traffic, reporting policy violations, and communicating with site contacts and local responders when needed. Minimum Requirements: * A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. * Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. * Customer service experience is preferred. * A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. * A guard card or license is preferred. * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
