Responsibilities:

 As a Security Officer - Driver Patrol Routes in Los Lunas, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed, driving Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to reports and requests with clear communication. You will document observations and support day-to-day operations with professionalism. What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
* Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, yards, parking areas, and perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
* Monitor access points and verify identification, visitor logs, and delivery documentation as required by post orders; direct traffic flow for trucks and contractors when assigned.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services and assisting with incident stabilization until relieved.
* Document patrol findings, incidents, and irregular conditions in daily activity reports and incident reports; communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts during shift change.

Minimum Requirements:

* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
* Customer service experience is preferred.
* Comfortable using computer or tablet is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
