Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: * Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities in a healthcare location. * Screen patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors at designated entry points, verify required credentials or visitor information, and report concerns according to site procedures. * Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating medical, behavioral, and/or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel when needed. * Monitor entrances, lobbies, and waiting areas for unusual activity, help to deter unauthorized access, and document screening-related interactions or incidents. * Conduct regular and random patrols around assigned areas and perimeter locations as needed, with duties and working conditions varying by site. Minimum Requirements: * A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. * Hospital vaccines are required. * Experience working in a hospital morgue is required. * The ability to restrain individuals is required. * A minimum of 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field is required. * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
