Responsibilities: As a Security Officer Driver Field Patrol in Irving, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location. * Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. * Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the facility, entrance areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. * Monitor access points and help to verify authorized entry of employees, visitors, and/or contractors in accordance with site policies and assigned post orders. * Support opening and closing activities, observe customer-facing areas and restricted spaces, and communicate professionally with staff and visitors regarding security-related questions and/or directions. Minimum Requirements: * A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required. * Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED. * Be at least 21 years of age. * A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. * Alarm panel experience is preferred. * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
