Responsibilities:
As a Security Officer - Driver Dispatch Desk in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will coordinate officer activity, monitor assigned areas, and keep clear radio and phone communication. You will support routine patrols, document incidents, and assist tenants and visitors with professional customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
* Operate the dispatch function for the property by monitoring radios, phones, access control, and/or video systems, and coordinating officer assignments and response priorities.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and escalating to property management and/or public responders as needed.
* Receive and triage requests for assistance, alarms, and service calls, then dispatch patrol and/or mobile personnel to the appropriate location and maintain communication until the situation is resolved.
* Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, or coordinate patrol coverage when assigned, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
Minimum Requirements:
* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
* You must be able to ride a bike.
* Customer service experience is preferred.
* The ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
* A guard card and/or license is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
