Responsibilities: As a Security Officer - Dispatch Driver in Tempe, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a financial institution location, where you will help coordinate security-related responses, track officer activity, monitor cameras and alarms, and keep clear communication flowing during incidents and routine operations. This is a driving post, supporting coverage and rapid response as needed. What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities. * Dispatch and coordinate response to alarms, access control alerts, duress notifications and/or other service requests, maintaining clear radio and phone communications with on-site staff. * Monitor CCTV, intrusion detection and other monitoring systems; document activity and escalate concerns to appropriate parties per post orders. * Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with notifications, scene coordination and timely reporting. * Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as directed, noting irregular conditions and completing required patrol documentation. Minimum Requirements: * Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3+ years of security experience. * Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required. * Be at least 21 years of age. * A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
