Responsibilities:

 As a Security Officer Commercial Property Patrol Driver in ANNAPOLIS, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will perform routine patrols and high-visibility presence to help to deter security-related incidents, assist tenants and visitors with customer service, and communicate clearly with property teams. This is a driving post, so you will use a company-approved vehicle to巡 between designated areas, document observations, and respond to calls for service with professionalism, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, parking areas, loading and service areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including observing, documenting, and promptly communicating issues to site contacts and/or Allied Universal management.
* Monitor access points and public areas, assist with visitor directions and tenant concerns, and report suspicious behavior and/or policy violations according to post orders.
* Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and support site operations by coordinating with property staff and/or local responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

* At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
* Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
* Customer service experience is preferred.
* Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
