Responsibilities: As a Security Officer - Commercial Estate Patrol in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence throughout the property. You will interact with tenants and visitors, deliver exceptional customer service, and support a secure environment. What You'll Do: * Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate. * Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for the commercial real estate location. * Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. * Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, theft, or presence of unauthorized persons, following Allied Universal protocols. * Communicate clearly and professionally with property management, tenants, and/or visitors as needed. * Complete detailed written reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during patrols. * Work in a variety of environments and conditions as required by the commercial real estate location. Minimum Requirements: * Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. * Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. * Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. * Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. * As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. * Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. * A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
